Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Arronix, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or cancellation as per the following terms:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may request a return after delivery.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care products, hygiene products, and customized items are non-returnable.
  • If a product is defective or damaged, a replacement or refund will be issued.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Defective or incorrect items are eligible for free exchange within 7 days of delivery.
